Why Work With Me?

I’m not just a breathwork facilitator, I’m someone who has been there. After several rounds of various diagnoses and what seemed like endless trials with medications, I was feeling disconnected from life, lost and exhausted.

My healing journey which started with regular practices of conscious breath, spiritual reconnection, and radical self-responsibility, completely changed my life. My biggest challenges led me to live in alignment with my truth, and I want to help you do the same.

  • It’s a conscious circular (connected) breathing technique that helps release suppressed emotions, balance the nervous system, and unlock self-healing.

How do I do Circular Conscious Breathing?

  • Circular conscious breathing involves connected breaths without pauses between inhale and exhale. The intention is on pulling the inhale and relaxing the exhale. In our sessions, I guide you every step of the way to ensure you’re safe and supported.

Is Circular Breathwork technique similar to the Wim Hof Method?

  • Yes, it is similar to the other coaches that practice the Wim Hof method in that you are consciously breathing. However, the intention in Wim Hof is controlled hyperventilation. Circular breathwork is at your own pace and does not cause hyperventilation.

Are circular breathing exercises hard to learn?

  • Not at all. While it may feel different at first, I help you ease into it with gentle guidance. It becomes a natural rhythm over time.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

  • Most people can benefit greatly from breathwork, but I always conduct an intake session to ensure the approach fits your needs.
