Your diagnosis is not your destiny. Your healing begins with your breath.

Rebirthing breathwork is a transformational style of breathing developed by Leonard Orr. This breathwork invites you into a continuous cycle of circular breathing with no pauses between the breaths to help you access past traumas, release trapped emotions, and deepen your connection to presence.

Circular breathing is a continuous loop of breath, with no pause between inhale and exhale.

This breathing technique induces a deep sense of safety and surrender, helping you let go of old patterns stored in the body. It also supports nervous system regulation, shifting from a sympathetic nervous system “fight or flight” response into a restful, restorative flow.

When the facilitator holds a safe container, you can explore on an even deeper level how your circular breaths are moving and notice how your breath physically expands your chest, the abdomen, and then seamlessly transitions back into a gentle exhale.

Our breathwork is designed to improve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health over time.

Clients often report: A reduced need for stress-reducing medications as they experience a natural state of calm. Enhanced energy and a sense of joy that ripples into daily life. Heightened self-awareness of how stress shows up as tension in the body or swirling emotions. Improved ability to navigate peak life moments like transitions, trauma processing, or simply finding deeper rest.

Simple breathing exercises can have a significant impact on the sympathetic nervous system by reducing heart rate, stress hormones, and anxiety. Our breathwork classes combine these findings with ancient wisdom to create a comprehensive breathwork model.
